Gabriel Chalut

Gabriel Chalut is a triathlete from Windsor, Ontario, and one of the most promising young talents in 70.3 racing. Competing in the men's 18–24 division, he has become a fixture at the very front of the amateur field across North America — with a string of age-group wins and podiums and a steep, year-on-year improvement curve.

In 2025 he was the overall age-group (amateur) champion at both IRONMAN 70.3 Louisville (a 4:03:30 personal best) and the IRONMAN 70.3 North American Championship in St. George — where his finishing time was quick enough to beat 22 of the 57 professional men on the day. His run, in particular, already stands with the pros: a 1:13:19 split at 70.3 Texas and a St. George run that ranked inside the top third of the professional field.

With elite run speed, a strong bike, and a clear development path on the swim, Gabriel has the trajectory of an athlete on the cusp of the professional ranks — and he's only getting started.
